Patient/Appointment Booking Policy:

Thank you for choosing Victoria Sophia Med Spa! 

To secure an appointment we require a $300 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. These NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSITS  will be DEDUCTED from the total of service(s) provided at the scheduled appointment time.

If the client were to no call/no show or cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours our CANCELLATION POLICY would then take place, and a $300 non-refundable charge would be collected to schedule/re-schedule any future appointments, which does not go toward any service.  Please advise should this happen, a new security deposit will need to be obtained in addition to the rescheduling fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee of $300 will apply.

 Please note when you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients.

 Thank you for your understanding and respecting the time of our other clients.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation is considered when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling.

We understand your time is valuable. As a courtesy to our customers at Victoria Sophia Med Spa, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All cancellations with less

than 48 hour notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $300.00. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Please note appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

Late Arrival:

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork and answer questions about your service you may have. We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us should that occur, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so we cannot exceed that reserved time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. (This will result in a cancellation fee of $300)

Refund Policy:

At Victoria Sophia Med Spa we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.

​Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Victoria Sophia Med Spa  unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Victoria Sophia Med Spa.

​All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.

​Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person.  It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
